Oil on canvas rather poorly relined within the past 10 years or so, old canvas is starting now to lift away from the new backing particularly in the top left corner, otherwise looks a little dirty with discoloured varnish and some dirt specking across the work, hints of gold paint around the margins where presuambly it met an old frame, some sort of initialling in the lower right corner are now illegible, inscription across bottom is still readable although a little feint. no labels or inscriptions verso.
