Quite faded in places along the top, the central hinged panel with the leather writing surface is quite worn and could do with replacing, there are other minor splits and veneer loss around this panel, there is a circular inset patch on the top approx. 2 inches wide and there is another repaired split to one side, probably where the top is made in sections and the sections have opened up in the past, other general marks and signs of use particularly around the plinth base as you would expect, overall average.
