Attribution on stylistic grounds.
Oil on canvas relined and cleaned 10 - 20 years ago or so, canvas still tight with a fine but stable craqelure running through most of the paint particularly the blues and pinks of the sky, no sign of any signature, housed in a later gilt scroll frame which is in good condition.
