A pair of large C. H. Brannam pottery baluster vases, c.1902, each incised and relief decorated in coloured slips with stylised birds amid flowers and foliage, predominantly in blue, green, ochre, brown and yellow, incised mark C.H. Brannam Barum, 1902 and various decorator's marks, 46.5cm

Both vases have a fine crackle to the glaze all over, both have slight cracks to the neck with tiny splinters to the glaze, both with occasional small glaze losses all over, one with chips to the raised slip decoration around the bulge of the vase and the foot.
