Two Chinese bowenite jade carvings, 20th century, the first an archaistic recumbent figure of bixi, greenish yellow and brown stone, 12.5cm, rosewood stand, the second a peach shaped brush washer, the greenish grey stone with white surface lustre, 10cm, wood stand

First carving of a bixi is in good condition, the stone with a "calcified" finish in places.
Peach shaped brush washer in good condition with a similar finish to the surface.
Both wood stands in good condition.
