A 1940's/1950's platinum and single stone diamond ring with diamond set shoulders, the round brilliant cut stone approximately measuring 9.2mm in diameter, with a depth of 5.2mm, an approximate weight of 2.70ct, size L.

There is a vertical chip by the girdle which begins on the edge of one of the crown facets, over the girdle and down into one of the pavilion facets. There are btow other much smaller chips to the girdle at other poijnts and a few minor nibbles also. There is no diamond report with this lot. The colour and clarity are very approximately estimated as F/G and SI1.
