Two Chinese miniature white jade carvings, of a recumbent qilin and a crouching monkey, 19th century, 2.7cm and 2.3cm, the monkey for a cord, together with a pale celadon jade profile carving of a vase, 3.6cm (3)

Provenance: Collected by the vendor's grandmother in Hong Kong or on her travels in mainland China before 1950.

The monkey has been pierced for a cord, has a tiny russet inclusion to its forehead.

The seated figure of a qilin has a slight russet staining to the stone and is in good condition.

The vase has a small ground off chip to the top right corner, otherwise good condition
