A Patek Philippe stainless steel dress pocket watch, circa 1929, movement no. 818461, case no. 611488, keyless with bi-metallic balance, micrometer regulator and two-tone silvered Arabic and baton dial with subsidiary seconds dial, in 'Staybrite' case.

The piece winds smoothly and is running. We cannot guarantee any of the watches to be in working order. The hands adjust ok. There are some very minor surface scratches to the case back consistent with some use The overall condition is generally good. Case diameter is 44mm.
