Oil on canvas which has been relined many years ago (30 years or more), canvas remains tight, in fair to good untouched condition, would benefit from a clean, some fine but stable craquelure showing through the skin tones and darker areas of the work, apparently unsigned, in a later gilt gesso frame which is now looking a little tatty.
