A Chinese mother of pearl inlaid ebonised wood four fold screen, late 19th / early 20th century, the principle panels decorated with figures on horseback in mountainous river landscapes, the other panels inlaid with flowers, insects and leaves, 100.5cm.

There are numerous cracks to the wood panels, please see photographs. There are two areas of loss to the mother of pearl inlay, on the second from left panel to the island and on the far right panel again to the island, some occasional wear and scratching consistent with age.
