A mid 18th century English? blue and white delftware spittoon, the flared trumpet rim decorated with rural scenes and edged in a Chinese style diaper border, with typical Chinese style motifs on the underside of the rim and fruit and foliate motifs to the body, 12.4cm

There are several large sections of the rim which have been broken and restuck with a narrow 4cm long section of the rim lacking with some other general chips to the rim, the majority of the decoration on the interior of the neck is visible.
