Gouache on paper showing a slight undulation so thought not to be laid down, colours still strong, some spotting looks like mould spores running across the work most notably through and below the clouds from the middle and running across the flag on the right, a few other dirt specks elsewhere, no sign of any signature, in a washline mount and maple frame.
