A collection of three antique rings, late 18th-19th century, comprising: an amber and garnet cluster ring, the reverse with a dedicatory inscription dated 1798, size K, possibly adapted; a ring set with green and pink paste and opaline glass cabochons, the reverse with a glazed compartment for hairwork, size M, stamped 9ct; and a three-stone garnet ring, size M, faint British hallmarks

Condition:
Amber and garnet ring likely composite, solder visible to band join, seams around edge of cluster and panel with inscription, minor crazing visible to amber, otherwise wearable and in good condition. Paste ring with wear to glass compartment at reverse, some age-related wear and discoloration. Garnet ring with age-related wear to stones and minor warping to mount, solder repair to reverse of floral setting to central stone, hallmarks partial and rubbed. Combined gross weight approximately 6 grams.
