A pair of Chinese iron red and underglaze blue ‘five bat’ bowls, Guangxu mark and probably of the period (1875-1908), each with a ground off patch to the interior formerly painted in iron red with a bat, the exterior painted with five bats amid scrolling clouds, 16.5cm diameter
