A Louis XV boulle work bracket clock with original wall bracket, ormolu mounted and of hour glass form with enamelled tablet numerals and unsigned countwheel movement, 36cm wide, 15cm deep, 65cm high

Condition:
In fair condition but a little neglected, most of the ormolu is now of a matted dull tone, brass ware a little brighter, dust and verdigris in the crevices of many of the metal mounts, 25 minute marker on the dial has a hairline crack, front door has a working lock and key, movement looks complete but not tested for timekeeping, comes with pendulum but no key, wall bracket - 42cm wide, 26cm high, 16cm deep, signs of small losses and old repairs to the tortoiseshell.
