Provenance: Private collection Guernsey. Note: John Batchelor was Technical Illustrator for Bristol Aeroplane Co., Martin Baker Aero and Saunders Roe, before embarking upon a freelance career in 1961, working for various publications including Eagle, Ballentine military books and Pheobus books.

Spitfire IX - a few tiny dirt marks, signed in pencil, 20 x 38cm Fighter aircraft cockpit - 49 x 33cm - in good clean condition Focke Wulf FU190A - 26 x 34cm - in good clean condition JU88 A5 Totenkope fighter - 30 x 38cm - in good clean condition Junkers JU87 Stuka - 27 x 33cm - in good clean condition Martin B-26 Marauder - 31 x 46cm - paper evenly discoloured, some dirt specking, cropped at the corners, brown smears near the cockpit are on the glass not the work itself.
