Condition:
There are significant losses and old worm holes to the borders, but the main image is unaffected by the wormholes. The image shows some evidence of creasing and some slight grubbiness in places, but is in reasonable condition. Provenance -bought from an antique dealer in East Sussex circa 1990 and seen by Sotheby’s ‘s New Bond Street specialist Nabil Saidi in 1991 (photocopy of valuation) where it was dated as Mughal circa 1700.
