Original aquatints laid down; modern Rowney mounts conceal engraved titles, which have not been trimmed. Only one frame opened but all believed to have been mounted similarly with engraved titles concealed beneath mounts. (Final two images showing mount released from print. Montreal from St Helens Island - some light foxing. York from Gibraltar Point - good. Quebec from Point Levi - patch of darkened discolouration visible against the centre skyline. View from Brockville, Upper Canada, from Umbrella Island - upper left corner discoloured brown. View of the town of St. Georgia in the Island of Grenada taken from the Pasture of The Belmont Estate -discoloured noticeably brown. Kingston from Fort Henery - discolouration and stains against the skyline. A view from the town of St George and Richmond Heights in the island of Grenada taken from the bay - some light foxing and discolouration. Waterfall image title unknown. Hogarth frames generally good. General views of the falls of Niagra from the British Shore - in ebonite’s wood (non-Hogarth) frame - generally good.
