Paris: l'Art Nouveau, 1895. rare and unusual art nouveau black magic calendar. beautifully printed in colour and heightened in gold, one of 777 copies (but probably significantly fewer actually printed - likely part of the book's humour). original black pictorial wrappers stitched as issued with 16 lithographed leaves including female figures, tarot cards, palm, occult symbols, and pentagrams. Folio (50.5 x 16 cm). Caillet 8197: 'fort original et d'une rare execution artistique'.
