A Chinese celadon ground famille rose ‘Hundred Shou’ vase, 19th century, the neck modelled with a pair of gilt phoenix-shaped handles, moulded with multiple versions of the character Shou, Guangzhou painted in enamel colours with bands of zodiacal animals and mythical beasts on a gilt and foliate ground, 40cm high, small faults

Condition:
Some wear to the gilding on the high points, typical minor glaze imperfections and over glazed firing cracks. One of the Phoenix handles is missing its head. There is a crack to the underside of the vase which does not extend to the side of the vase. Otherwise in good condition.
