A Regency mahogany and cut brass inlaid bracket clock, with brass finial, the domed painted dial signed Thomas Beggs, Glasgow, pierced sides with brass fretwork and lion’s head handles, the case raised on brass ball feet, the four pillar, double fusee, eight day movement striking on a bell with strike/silent selector, brass bob with rating nut above the bob, 64cm high

Bezel detached due to faulty hinge; two vertical splits to one side; case lacks a key for bezel and to rear door. D-153cm; W-253cm H-200cm. Dial script and minute markers worn; hours re-painted. Has been wound and has kept good time, although not guaranteed.
