An early 20th century West Bengal Kantha embroidered quilt, embroidered on cream cloth (possibly made from layers of old saris) embroidered in blue and red threads, designed in squares of large abstracted floral motifs using fine rows of embroidery, 144cm x 204cm. Condition - the fabric is strong and undamaged the embroidery undamaged. The quilt does need specialist cleaning.
