Continental II jukebox, Model; XJEA-100, in chrome case, rarer variant with capacity for playing 100 7” singles, produced for the US market, serial no.605047, approximately dimensions; 165cm high, 77cm wide, 71cm deep, sold partially loaded with a diverse range of singles, recent sympathetic restoration and working at the time of cataloguing. Condition:
As catalogued, seems to light-up and play the twelve records provided but not guaranteed. Capcity for 100 records confirmed, see images 15 and 16. Visually good apart from small flake to polished alluminium finish front-right corner. Two keys supplied enabling opening of the front control unit, image 2, and the chrome top-rail, image 18, that provides access to the choice of record; but no key provided for 6d or 3d coin receptacle, the lower of the two in image 20.
