An unusual gold mourning locket pendant, mid 19th century, composed of a ring suspending four glazed heart-shaped lockets containing woven hairwork, their reverses bearing initials, mounted in gold, length 1.6cm, gross weight approximately 2.4 grams

Glass intact but one cracked. One with wear to reverse, likely where has been filed for gold testing. General minor wear. Overall a very rare, pretty thing in good condition.
