A set of three English medieval oak angel roof bosses, probably East Anglia, late 15th century,
the first carved as an angel or monk holding a chalice, reminiscent of silver chalices made in Northern Europe in the late 15th century, such as the Coombe Keynes Chalice, the second holding a book of liturgy and the third possibly holding a chasuble, 35cm high
Provenance - probably from Norfolk, acquired before 1980, appeared on an episode of the Antiques Roadshow in the 1990's.
