A cameo and intaglio necklace, late 19th century, of negligée design, composed of a circular onyx cameo depicting the goddess Diana/Artemis in profile topped by a pearl, suspending two carnelian intaglio pendants of unequal length, depicting a laureated emperor and the goddess Minerva/Athena in profile respectively, in gold mounts decorated with scrolled motifs, to a foxtail link chain necklace, pendant length 8cm, necklace length 40cm, gross weight approximately 17 grams, pearl untested
