A group of garnet jewels, late 19th century and later, comprising: two bangles, each of hinged construction, set to the front with alternating sequences of cushion-shaped garnets and half pearls, larger inner circumference approximately 17.3cm, each mounted in gold, one with British hallmarks for 9ct gold, date latter for 1911, combined gross weight approximately 20 grams; a brooch composed of foil-backed pear- and cushion-shaped garnets, mounted in gold, length 4.3cm, gross weight approximately 4 grams; a brooch of knife wire construction, each end claw-set with a circular-cut garnet, mounted in gold, gross weight approximately 2.5 grams; and a ring set with an oval garnet, mounted in gold, size K1/2, stamped 9ct, gross weight approximately 1.4 grams
