A pair of George II silver candlesticks by John Quantock, with waisted knopped stems, on cusped circular foot, London, 1757, sconces unmarked, height 21.8cm, 34.5oz.

Condition:
One stem leans very slightly. Dark mark around one collar, possibly caused by a rubber band??. Minor nicks and scratches to both sticks, commensurate with age and mild use. Marks quite obscure on one. Clear on the other but maker's mark is quite rubbed.
