Condition:
Oil on canvas cleaned and relined within the past 10 years or so, canvas remains tight, paint in good clean condition with a fine but stable craquelure running throughout, stretcher marks showing, apparently unsigned, certainly of age but probably a 19th century copy, housed in a later gilt and ebonised frame.
