Overall looks to be in good condition having been restored some years ago, finial assembly not fixed firmly in place, brass work throughout a little oxidised, convex painted dial with some dirt; working key and lock for the bezel although some signs of alteration in that area; ivory lozenge escutcheon requires CITES; case of polished gingery brown tone, working lock and same key for back door, movement backplate signed Samuel Marsh, London; comes with floral engraved pendulum but no winding key. Hour-striking only; has been set going over some 24 hours and has kept good time. Service history unknown.
