An 18k gold and platinum, rose diamond set ladybird jabot pin, with a cabochon emerald and a cabochon sapphire at each end, rose diamond platinum motifs, black enamel feet and head, the feet set with small rose diamonds, initials to rear of fitting for J.E.Caldwell & Co (American), length 7.8cm, gross 12 grams.

One small dent to the black head of the larger bug, otherwise looks to be in good condition, slight loss to the enamel on one back leg of the smaller bug. Date- second half 20th century, ladybirds 25mm and 16mm long
