A late 19th century / early 20th century American ‘Star of Bethlehem’ quilt, worked on a plain light cream ground with red and yellow and beige patchworks forming a large double line star with a simple single red inner line star, both stars surrounded red and yellow and beige shapes, the back single coloured quilting, 166cm x 198cm. Condition - there are large stains and dirt on the front of the quilt, which professional cleaning may remove.
