Oil on original canvas in honest untouched condition, canvas remains tight but paint rather dirty with three pronounced spiral craquelure marks showing in the sea, signed lower left, housed in probably the original painted frame which is now a little tatty, back of the work has old papering and includes a hand inscribed Hanover Gallery label giving title and price of 60 guineas.
