Three imperfections, all believed to be firing defects: his right ear chipped and glazed over; a dark crack beneath the left robe, approx. 8mm, clearly visible but glazed over; a scratch inside his front left foot, glazed over. Factory mark and date-code blurred but believed to be U (1883). Gilder’s monogram GC ?
