£150-200
A plate Bervic began to work on in 1785 (advertised in 'Mercure', 6 August 1785); but the artist didn't finish the plate before 1790 (advertised in 'Journal de Paris', 2 September 1790). The copper plate, broken by Bervic himself during the Revolution, was restored at the Restoration, and a new edition was published in 1814 ('Journal de Paris', 7 July 1814).
