Condition:
Fencing sword tip damaged and incomplete; upper blade etched and gilded but not inscribed; shagrin grip worn; scabbard considerably corroded. Army officer’s sword with PROVED stamp at top of blade, the other side etched Thomas Mallin, Army Acoutrement Maker, Woolwich; also 14th Kent Artillery Volunteers; scabbard with ligh but considerable corrosion. Halberd (not a turnpike) with etched blade, light but considerable corrosion.
