An impressive German porcelain floral encrusted figural mantel clock, late 19th century, modelled with a courting couple to the surmount and musicians and dancers dancers to the base, eight-day strike in movement, Total height 65 cm

Condition:
Slightly discoloured restoration to the head and neck of the female figure on the surmount, typical small losses to the encrusted flowers and leaves, firing crack to the inside of the hollow construction not visible on the outside. Replacement dial and movement. Movement has a replacement modern platform escapement. Not guaranteed to be in full working order but appears to be going.
