A 19th century Italian 18K gold and enamel plaque icon, Bulgari, c.1820, of square shape with cut corners, set in its original green leather bound traveling case, the plaque finely painted depicting baby Jesus with Mary and Joseph by his crib, probably made in Switzerland in the early 1800's and later mounted in gold. Hallmarked 18k (750 standard), Made in Italy, plaque width 6cm, height 6cm, case width 12cm, height 12.5cm
