set with garnets, citrine, topaz etc. numbered 6831, 45mm, gross weight 12.3 grams.

Overall condition is good. We think possibly platinum?? Width 45mm height 30mm. We suspect that the green stones are emeralds and the blue stones to be sapphires, but unable to test to be certain.
