An early 20th century single strand graduated seed pearl necklace, with white metal ruby and diamond set clasp, 44cm, gross weight 9.4 grams, largest pearl diameter 5.5mm (with two loose pearls).

Smallest pearl approx. 2.7mm in diameter.
Average lustre estimated as medium to quite high. A few of the pearls have some minor mottling to the surface and three others appear to have very mottled surfaces. Four of the diamonds each have a tiny chip to the table facet. Clasp works. Metal unmarked.
