An early 18th century oyster veneered chest, of two short and three graduated long drawers, on later bracket feet, W.3ft .5in. D.1ft 10in. H.3ft 1in.

Overall in good rich colour, a very dark brown with lighter golden tone to the banding, the top with fine cracks and crazing running throughout the veneers and one or two small dents along with some water stains, locks and handles look original but no key present, feet with wear from use, overall good condition.
