Brooch fitting later?? Small chip and some wear to the facets of the sapphire. The sapphire appears to be natural as there is visible zoning. Metal is white metal and has not been tested. Sapphire approx. 10mm by 8mm by 5.9mm. The diamonds are chips, ranging from 1mm to 2mm in diameter.
