Oil on canvas relined 20 years ago or so, canvas remains tight, paint looks a little dirty but otherwise in good condition, a little fine but stable craquelure running through the trees on the right and the rocks on the left, apparently unsigned, housed in a later gilt scroll frame which is in good condition. Christie's sale labels verso with the stencil VW573.
