Oil on original canvas in slightly neglected condition, paint rather dirty, a slight upwards bulge along the left hand stretcher and some patches of fine but stable craquelure in the whiter parts of the background, housed in a gold overpainted frame, artist label verso along with a 1973 bill of sale for the painting.
