The top of the postal scales has a slight nick to one corner and the cylindrical support is very slightly bent backwards, the arched tab immediately below has a slight crease at the top where it has been bent slightly and the edges of the base have been slightly bent and pushed upward. The hallmarks are reasonably clear but the maker's mark and RD numbers are a little worn. Other minor scuffs and scratches, otherwise reasonable condition. The mechanism is in working order.
