Cannot guarantee working condition. Key and pendulum both present. When attempted to wind clock key will not turn, or moves only slightly to the right. Dial has several cracks, mostly over the 12, 8, between 9 and 10 and 5 and 6. Slate has several small chips to edges and corners.
