A George III silver gilt oval vinaigrette, with micro mosaic inset lid, by Matthew Linwood?, the scene depicting ruins in landscape scene, maker's mark only, 42mm including bale, gross 23 grams.

Some wear to the gilding in places. There are four cracks to the edge of the mosaic and there is also a large chip and some smaller chips and nibbles in general. Some minor loss to the mosaic also.
