A German gold mounted violin bow, 19th century, with rounded stick, gold and mother-of-pearl mounted frog and gold adjuster, length 74cm, weight 59g.

The ivory fillet to the tip of the bow has a crack to it but there is no other damage detected in the area. The bow may have once had a maker's stamp but this area is now worn. Minor scratching the gold mounts. The mother of pearl inlay to the frog is worn and dull with some filler to a loss to the inlay. Otherwise in good condition.
