A Chinese embroidered silk, hongmu and mother of pearl framed table screen, c.1900, the embroidered panel decorated with birds amid trees, foliage and a pond, 52 x 45cm, the hongmu frame inlaid in mother of pearl with birds amid prunus branches, the similar stand with figures of immortal amid foliage, total size H.80cm W.62cm

The embroidered silk panel is slightly faded and has some occasional light patches of staining otherwise in reasonable condition. The mother of pearl inlay to the woood frame is missing in a few small areas and the brass line inlay has come out of position in a few areas. Two sections on the uprights have been reglued otherwise in reasonable condition.
