There is tiny chip the table facet edge of the sapphire. One of the tiny rose cut diamonds has a tiny chip. One of the front legs is missing and one of the fly's back legs has a stress crack and a possible tiny repair and part of one of the other back legs is missing(broken off). The pin is slightly bent.
